Accompaniment

In addition to his base classical repertoire Ped offers church service music. He is also conversant in the popular genres of ragtime, Broadway, vaudeville, holiday/Christmas, classical Latin and Boleros, film, dance, Dixieland, Big Band, Modern Persian Piano and Jewish. Invitations for solo performances for both public and private events are considered upon evaluation of requested program and suitability of venue.

Ped plays on a Grand piano only for a listening audience. For larger private events churches, community center stages and auditoriums are preferred. If a piano is not available at the location a keyboard can be supplied. Audio recording services are available on request. Minimum performance times of one hour and maximum travel times of approximately one hour are accepted.

For repeat and regular events a flat rate may be negotiated. Otherwise depending on distance traveled from Palmdale, Antelope Valley the hourly fees are as follows (taxes included):
Local (aproximately five minutes travel time): $125.00
Long local (fifteen minutes travel time): $135.00
Long distance (half an hour travel time): $145.00
Extra long distance (aprox. one hour travel time): $155.00

Desired program: You can describe your desired program in a general way such as by indicating the genre and occasion, or more specifically by describing the pieces (We may need the sheet music with a minimum of week's notice for every hour of performance time to allow for evaluation and preparation). If you would like additional instruments Ped will do his best to arrange, however this generally depends on availability of other musicians.

Desired length of program in multiples of hours. You can request a fifth hour free.

Desired venue: Please provide the address and describe the piano and its tuning, the bench and lighting.
